So. I said just a few days ago that I would be posting daily, or at least trying. Yesterday, I had planned a blog post, but I fell asleep before finishing it on Wednesday night… I'm off to a rocky start. But, I'm back and bringing back one of my favorite roundups on my blog – Currently Loving! I actually haven't done one of these posts in a long, long time, so I am excited to share what I'm currently loving!
Happy February! I’ve been a little MIA for about a month now, but I’m back! I thought blogging would be the one constant thing in my life, but as it turns out, there’s been a lot of unexpected changes. They haven’t all been bad, in fact, most of them have been great – but that’s another story. I do want to share with you my latest ‘Currently Loving’ list as a little peek at what I’ve been up to!
It’s been a while since I’ve posted one of these roundups. Now is a great time to get it back on the blog! My Currently Loving posts are the top things that are on my radar at the moment. I usually do 3 things, but since this post is a bit overdue, I’m doing 5! This week I’ll share some great music, comfy clothes, my current Netflix binge, and more!
I noticed that although this was a shortened work week, it seemed like it was never going to end. Not that I want to start this blog post off on a pessimistic note, it’s just that I felt like a lot happened in a short period of time. Not all was bad, to be honest most of it was good. Sometimes just being busy in all aspects of life can be exhausting, so I am definitely excited for the weekend!
There definitely were some amazing parts to my week, some I will share with you in this weeks edition of Currently Loving, and some that I will be sharing at a later date because for now it’s a secret. (a very, very exciting secret!)
Summertime Vibes // I know it’s only the beginning of June, and that it’s technically not summer yet, but the fact that the weather has been so nice recently is giving me major summertime vibes. Unfortunately, yesterday and today have been a little chilly, but i’m holding onto last weeks warmth and highly anticipating next weeks warmth. It’s been so nice taking the puppy down to the beach, going out for ice cream, and having extra long days.
Here’s my round-up of things that i’m loving this week!
New Sandals // I have always been a Jack Rogers girl when it came to sandals- by the way they’re on sale this weekend! But lately I decided that I wanted to switch things up. I ordered a couple pairs of Steve Madden sandals online, and I absolutely love them! They’re both strappy, brown, sandals, but they both have slightly different looks to them. They’re super comfortable and perfect for the warm weather we’ve been having! Shop my favorite Jack Rogers picks, as well as Steve Madden, below! I’ve highlighted some of my favorite Jack Rogers Styles, but click here for my ultimate favorite!
I realize I haven’t written a blog post in ~over~ a week now, and I’m not entirely sure why. So much has happened since my last blog post about the Juice Press event. The following night I went to a Boston Red Sox game with Jack, I went on a couple picture perfect walks in this beautiful Spring weather, did a lot of online shopping, and went to a launch party in my town for a new small business. My life both personally and professionally is definitely all positive right now, and I am absolutely loving it.
I think every week or two I want to incorporate a Currently Loving post so that I can do a round up of things in my life that I want to share with y’all, so here is my first one!
Baseball // Surprise! I like sports now…? I am the least sporty person in the world. Jack once mentioned that he couldn’t imagine me playing tennis because I am uncoordinated- I was on my high school team. I guess this is what happens when your boyfriend is a fanatic about every single sport from golf to football to baseball… we watch it all. It’s hard not to enjoy something when you’re watching it at least once a week. I loved going to the game with Jack last week, it was my first Red Sox game since I was really young so it was a great experience. I still ask a lot of silly questions so that I can try to understand what’s happening but it’s definitely a process! p.s. Our seats were amazing!
