The Blog is Officially Two - Happy Blogiversary to Me!

Okay, wow. Happy blogiversary to me! My blog officially turned two on July 29th. It seems like my first blogiversary just happened, and I'm in shock that I'm already celebrating year two! This year, I feel like I have many of the same sentiments that I had last year. My blog is growing, I'm personally growing, but my blogging frequency isn't as high as I'd hoped. While I am still working at that, I wanted to write a little bit of a reflection on how some things have changed over the last two years.blogiversaryOn a personal level, I've been through a lot. I've accomplished many great things, fallen in love, and dipped my toe into life as an adult. At 23, I am 100% still a work in progress, but I don't think that ever changes. I've still got a lot of learning, loving, and living to look forward to in my future.I've been able to spend my free time doing something I love - blogging. As for my blog, I think it's grown a lot over the past two years. I've been active(ish) on this actual blog, and my social media has been growing. I truly do hope to blog more often, and with that, I think I'll reach my personal blogging goals. When I first started my blog, I had just graduated college, I was working at a restaurant, and I had absolutely no idea what I was doing with my life. Then, I got a part time job which turned into a full-time job, transitioned into another job, and now I'm working at a totally new company. So, I've had 4 jobs over the past two years, not ideal, but it all worked out. But, throughout those 4 jobs, my blog has always been my passion project.I had no idea what my blog would turn into. I had no idea I would be attending events, working with brands I love, publishing my writing on other sites, or most importantly, forming friendships with other bloggers. I had no idea I would even be writing this post two years later. As I've mentioned before, I wasn't even sure if I should have started my blog in the first place, but now I have no regrets.Through the many ups and downs of my life, blogging has remained constant and has been something that brings me great happiness. I always tell myself I've been slacking and should really post more on here, and I think it's time I hold myself accountable for that. In celebration of my two-year blogiversary, I am going to post as much as possible in August (the goal here is daily). I've partnered with some great brands, have a couple fun giveaways, and I have guest posts that I am so excited to share with you all! They say it only takes 21 days to form a habit, so here I go, incorporating blogging into my daily routine!
